Car engine running on gasoline vapor only

If you want to help you can also donate any amount at: furulevi.blogspot.com —————————————————– 1298cc 4stroke gasoline engine running on gasoline vapors from a glass jar. This setup does not control the air fuel ratio and also the jar’s gasoline temperature is uncontrolled.

No, they are run of gas particulate (if you are using a carburetor or injectors), that only burns at 20% efficiency. If you vaporize the gas, you get closer to 80% efficiency. The more air you block off the better it works, this was not the best way to block out the airflow around the hose so it was not getting enough of the vapors. It gets enough air through the vaporizer…

Trashy10, go fuck yourself. Good job man!! I just learned about Ogle’s idea today and looked it up. The whole point of doing this is to increase gas mileage by a huge amount. Keep at it

hey im the 1st guy that hopes you get this thing to work,no 1 likes paying stupid ass politicians and oil company’s ripoff prices for gas,gl i hope you figure it out and help us ordinary people

-when it has a good air-fuel ratio, than it revs up decently (at 2:50)
-only the vapors burn not the liquid, that is moving the 2000 pound load
-injectors are not vaporizing the gasoline, they are creatig mostly small liquid doplets

cmon guys seriously? the dam thing is barley ideling and your gonna need alot more then vapor to move the 2000 pound load whish is your car,but what ever send him your money…one is born every minute,or instead use that money to buy a book and learn sumthing about how engines work..they all run off of fuel vaporizing

wrap copper around the jar and get the exhaust heat to warm it up

there was a metallic mesh placed on the hose when the engine was running on vapor, and there was no explosion…, the air/fuel ratio was not controlled at all in this setup

Hello, do you have backfire problem ? The sound of the engine indicates that air fuel mixture is not right and it sound like you do have some backfire sound.

if you believe this you can a sure you are an idiot! i want to see if it still run with the tube lift up some then that would be vapor.

…it’s made to work well with liquid gasoline, with vapor it is a bit harder yet until somebody invents something better

Something like that I appreciate your work, seems to work better with a little gas in chamber.

  • furulevi says:

the vacuum is created by the engine itself… if you are referring to that

    [Reply]

  • derekvolt says:

You need a vacuum system me thinks looking at other vids.

Wow you should upload and post lets get the word out. 80MPG thats great.

I find this type of work very interesting, and would be ready to get into doing this type of experimentation on a spare vehicle if I had I one to spare. I’m a skeptic by nature, but I do fid it interesting to see that multiple, and un-related, people have gotten vehicles to do this sort of thing. Granted, they’re not driving down the road or tearing up a track, but it is promising to see that with more work/building a motor just run on vapor. Check out Smokey Yunick’s work.

No 92 ford f250 with a 460 motor 2wd model i had to mod alot so i could shut off ecm and still keep it all working right after market dist so it could spark with out the ecm on and give better controll over the spark timing and i had to do a few other changes

Do you have a ’92 Dodge b350 EFI TBI 360 version?

@furulevi I heard about this issue of the vacume causing the Gas temp to drop an in a metal gas tank the tank would actually decompress. But What I was thinking to rectify this issue is a pressure activated intake valve that would decompress the air in the gas tank while not letting out the gas vapor. Have you tried this train of thought at all? i don’t have to funds to make a working prototype but In theory I haven’t been able to find any real issues.

Mix it with equal parts of liquid oxygen and tell me if needs to be a vapour to burn.
